Who operates this waitlist

Unruled is not yet an incorporated business. The project and this waitlist are operated by Whitman Bohorquez in Bogotá, Colombia. He decides why and how the waitlist information is used.

A dedicated privacy email is not available yet. You can make a privacy request by replying to any Unruled email. We will add a direct privacy contact before we send the first waitlist email.

Information we collect

When you join, we collect your name, email address, country or region, expected frame size, purchase timing, the consent choice, the policy and consent version, and the form source.

Netlify also records technical and service information connected to a submission. This can include the IP address, user agent, referrer, submission time, submission identifier, and form and site information. A hidden honeypot field helps reject automated spam.

How we use it

• Record and manage your interest in the proposed Unruled frame.
• Send waitlist, development, and availability emails that you requested.
• Measure demand by location, expected size, and purchase timing.
• Prevent spam, abuse, and security problems.
• Keep evidence of your request and any later unsubscribe or deletion request.

We do not use this information for advertising profiles, behavioral tracking, automated decisions, or unrelated marketing. We do not sell it.

Service providers and international processing

Netlify hosts the website and stores submissions through Netlify Forms. Netlify states that all Forms submissions are checked for spam with Akismet. These providers can process submission content and technical information for hosting, storage, security, and spam filtering. Processing can occur outside Colombia, including in the United States and other countries used by their service providers.

Netlify acts as a service provider for the submitted waitlist data under its terms and data-processing agreement. We can retrieve and delete submissions through Netlify.

Website analytics and cookies

The website does not include advertising pixels, session replay, heatmaps, or third-party browser analytics scripts. Netlify Web Analytics can produce aggregate traffic reports from server logs without adding a browser cookie. Netlify documents that its unique visitor counts use distinct IP addresses for limited periods.

How long we keep it

We plan to keep an active waitlist record for up to 12 months after your submission or last meaningful waitlist interaction. If validation continues longer, we will ask you to renew your interest. We will delete or irreversibly anonymize records that are not renewed.

After the final availability or launch message, we plan to delete or anonymize the location, frame-size, and timing fields within six months. We can keep a minimal consent, unsubscribe, or deletion record when needed to prove compliance or prevent more email. Provider security logs and backups can follow the provider's own deletion schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information. You can also withdraw your request and leave the waitlist. Use the unsubscribe link in a waitlist email or reply to that email. Withdrawing removes you from future waitlist email. It does not affect use that occurred before withdrawal.

People in some locations can have additional privacy rights. We will apply the rights that govern the request. Colombian residents can also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after using our request process.

Children

This waitlist is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. If we learn that a child submitted information, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date and version when this policy changes. If a change adds a materially different use, we will explain it before using existing waitlist information for that purpose and request permission when required.
